I like the cover overall. My design advice is worth what it costs, but I would try to differentiate the Cuthbert’s People: Book One text. Either small caps or a different font or a black banner (to match the black in the image) beneath it.
There is a lot of text and I would try to make the book series info appear separate from the title somehow. Even a line beneath it might work?

I really like the picture in your cover, the metal design. It evokes the medieval times you are writing about.
